Report from inside the app
If a puzzle looks wrong, shake the phone — the report form opens and records which puzzle you were on. That reaches us with more detail than an email can. (Settings → Shake to report turns it off.)
Account and data deletion
You can permanently delete your account and its data from inside the app: Settings → Delete account. If you no longer have the app installed, write to the address above and we will delete it once we have verified the account.
What is deleted: your account and profile, your username, all game progress and daily results, your wallet and its ledger, your entitlement records, your friends and leaderboard entries, and your notification token.
What is kept: purchase records, for up to 10 years where tax and accounting law requires it, with your account detached from them after deletion. Backups containing your data are overwritten within 30 days. A subscription is not cancelled by deletion — cancel it separately in your store account.
